Roadshow success showcases local expertise through global networks
As part of the launch of Exclusive View magazine, the Knight Frank Australia Capital Markets team has recently returned from a seven day roadshow to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, showcasing our premium investment properties from the magazine.
Now in its third year, the Exclusive View Roadshow is an opportunity for Knight Frank clients to promote their property to high net worth investors and developers throughout Asia. This year we showcased over 17 properties, double the amount from last year. This also included our first residential campaign, One Barangaroo. For the first time we also had multiple supporting partners, with Point Polaris, Pitcher Partners and Maddocks all taking part by offering Australian investment property topics and advice.
With over 150 delegates in attendance a roadshow is considered one of the most effective ways Australian property investors can market their properties directly to high net worth investors and developers in South East Asia.
Lead by Paul Henley, Head of Commercial Sales Australia, and his team, the roadshow continued to build on its previous success.
“This year’s roadshow was a sell out with overwhelming interest from Asian investors. In Malaysia and Singapore we were left with standing room only, which is a credit to the whole Knight Frank team who promoted and engaged in this event,” Mr Henley said.
“There were a significant number of new high net worth investors and developers in attendance this year, demonstrating the strength of Knight Frank and name the Exclusive View Roadshow is building internationally.
